Meet Jared.

I started Metamorph because I noticed a gap between support teams and the people they were there to support.

I wanted to help close that gap by taking more time to understand the person, including how they communicate, what they enjoy and what they want from their support.

To me, good support starts with that connection. Feeling comfortable with someone, being listened to and having a say in how things happen can make a difference to everyday life.

That’s what I’m building Metamorph around: getting to know people, agreeing on practical support together and staying open to feedback when something needs to change.
